The research team went deep into the company's production and R&D front line, focusing on the innovative achievements of strategic emerging industries such as ultra-high voltage power sensors and intelligent environmental protection dust removal equipment. Xue Zhaohui, Chairman of Shanxi Huineng, accompanied the entire process and made a work report, fully demonstrating the company's practical achievements in technological innovation and industrial upgrading.

 

 

Introduced by Chairman Xue Zhaohui, the research team conducted on-site inspections of the intelligent power equipment production workshop, and learned in detail about the operation process of the fully automated production line and the digital quality control system. In the core product display area, they focused on observing the independently developed ultra-high voltage sensor modules and industrial dust removal systems. Xue Zhaohui systematically reported the application achievements of the products in key areas such as the "West-to-East Power Transmission" project and green factory transformation. The subsequent visit to the company's honor exhibition hall showcased a collection of innovative achievements, including 42 national patents, certification as a specialized, refined, and new small and medium-sized enterprise, certification as a provincial-level enterprise technology center in Shanxi Province, recognition as a "core" enterprise in the wind power equipment of Shanxi Province's key industrial chain, and first prize in the China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, fully demonstrating the company's strong strength in the field of power equipment.

 

 

Secretary Chang Shuming spoke highly of Shanxi Huineng's strategic determination to cultivate the real economy, expressed deep concern about the talent placement and future expansion land issues facing Shanxi Huineng, and emphasized the need to seize the opportunity of the pilot reform of the comprehensive energy revolution and continue to break through "bottleneck" technologies such as sensor chip packaging and dust removal material recycling. The research team pointed out that enterprises should give full play to the R&D advantages of the provincial enterprise technology center, specialized, refined, and new "small giant" enterprises, and pilot test bases, promote the deep integration of innovation chains and industrial chains, and inject stronger impetus into Jinzhong's development of a high-end equipment manufacturing industry cluster. In addition, Chairman Xue Zhaohui called on the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government to pay close attention to the difficulties in attracting talent to our city. He pointed out that for every talent our city attracts, it can bring about a comprehensive tax contribution of approximately 30,000 to 50,000 yuan per year to the local area through means such as house purchases, consumption, and taxation, and can effectively promote our city to achieve dual growth of "talent dividends" and "economic dividends."
