Abstract
Recently, Shanxi Huineng Technology has received consecutive good news regarding successful bids. In the fierce competition for the 2x1000MW unit unorganized dust control project of the Yulin Energy Hengshan Power Plant Phase II, it successfully won the bid, relying on its outstanding past performance, deep technical accumulation, and widely recognized market reputation.

Yulin Energy Hengshan Power Plant is located in Gaoxingzhuang Village, Hengshan District, Yulin City. It was jointly funded and established by Shaanxi Yulin Energy Group Co., Ltd. and the Hengshan District Government. The Phase I project constructed two 1000MW high-efficiency ultra-supercritical air-cooled coal-fired generating units, with an annual power generation of approximately 10 billion kWh. Its design incorporates energy-saving and environmental protection concepts, using a number of advanced technologies and creating multiple world records and national records. The Phase II project plans to construct two 1000MW high-efficiency ultra-supercritical air-cooled coal-fired generating units. Upon completion, the total installed capacity will reach 5 million kW, which is of great significance to improving Shaanxi's power transmission capacity and building a new energy system. It is currently under construction.

The unorganized emission control devices produced by Shanxi Huineng include four major systems: an intelligent control system, a vacuum system, a filtration system and pipeline network, and a positive pressure conveying system. The equipment operates using the pneumatic conveying principle. Under sufficient water cooling and air cooling protection, it can operate for a long time. Instructions are issued by the intelligent control cabinet, and the motor drives two-stage series vacuum pumps to generate high negative pressure. Using the suction assembly, materials are sucked into the pipeline network through the collection port and then enter the four-stage filtration system for cyclone sedimentation, separation, filtration, and purification. After filtration, the particles fall into the hopper, and the gas is discharged by the vacuum pump muffler system. When the material in the hopper reaches the rated value, the level meter sends a signal to the PLC, and the material is automatically discharged according to the predetermined program. Finally, the positive pressure conveying system sends it to the designated location.

This system is an important technical means to solve the problem of unorganized emissions of dust and particulate matter waste during enterprise production. Its widespread use, firstly, directly removes dust and scattered materials through ultra-high negative pressure, avoiding secondary pollution while greatly improving work efficiency, ensuring that the TSP dust monitoring value is reduced, thereby achieving ultra-low unorganized control and performance grading A requirements; secondly, it reduces the demand for cleaning personnel and lowers labor costs; thirdly, it solves the problem of workshop dust that may cause respiratory diseases among front-line workers, protecting the environment while also playing a decisive role in protecting the health of workers.
