This system installs a high-negative-pressure material collection device in the open area of the steel plant workshop. Pipelines are laid in the steelmaking area (slag area, charging area, converter area, steel tapping area, casting area, and various platforms of the converter high area). Under the action of high-negative-pressure suction, dust and particulate matter are sucked into the conveying pipeline through the suction port at the end of the dust removal pipeline. Then, they pass through the settling separation and filtration chamber, and the ultra-fine purification chamber, etc., of the purification and collection system. More than 99.9% of the dust and particulate matter are captured. Finally, the collected materials are automatically transported under positive pressure to the carrying silo, achieving comprehensive and thorough cleaning, saving manpower and transportation costs, solving the problem of material and dust collection, effectively improving the overall environmental sanitation of the plant area, and ensuring the effect of ultra-low emission control.
