Owner Profile: This project is an expansion project. This phase involves the installation of two 660MW high-efficiency ultra-supercritical steam turbine generator units, along with the simultaneous construction of limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization and SCR denitrification facilities. The plant site is located in Xuejiabawan Town, Zhungeer Banner, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The site is under the jurisdiction of Xuejiabawan Town, Zhungeer Banner, approximately 20km southwest of Xuejiabawan Town, about 16km west of the Yellow River, and situated between the Suancigou mine industrial site and the Xuewei Highway. The power plant's Phase 1 project has an installed capacity of 2×300MW and was fully put into operation in 2010. This phase is being constructed on a reserved site south of the Phase 1 project.
