Owner Profile: This project is located in Yelin Gou Village, Shijiang Liang She, Xujiawan Town, Zhungeer Banner, Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, approximately 40km northeast of Xujiawan Town. The power plant is adjacent to the planned Changtan open-pit coal mine industrial square on the south side. The ash field is located in Yinbeigou, northwest of the plant site, which is a valley ash field. The project plans to build two 660MW ultra-supercritical air-cooled coal-fired generating units, equipped with two 2100t/h pulverized coal boilers. The project adopts desulfurization, denitrification, and dust removal measures, and the flue gas emissions meet the requirements of the ultra-low emission standards for coal-fired power plants. All ash, slag, and gypsum produced by the power plant will be comprehensively utilized. The total dynamic investment of the project is 4.91 billion yuan, and it is planned to start construction in September 2016.
