Owner Profile: Established in November 2015, located in Yongzhong Village, Leilongwan Town, Hengshan District, Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. It is a large state-owned backbone enterprise controlled by Shaanxi Energy Investment Co., Ltd., with participation from Yulin Municipal State-owned Capital Operation Management Co., Ltd. and Hengshan County State-owned Assets Management Company. The plan is to build 4×1000MW high-efficiency ultra-supercritical air-cooled coal-fired units, along with a 6 million-ton-per-year mine and coal preparation plant, with a total investment of approximately 21.5 billion yuan. This phase involves the construction of the 2×1000MW Leilongwan Power Plant, along with a 6 million-ton-per-year Zhaoshipan mine and coal preparation plant, with an investment of 15 billion yuan.
