Project introduction
Scale: 2×660MW
Voltage Level: 1100kV
Owner Profile:
The Shaanxi Hongdunjie Coal-fired Power Plant is located in Hongdunjie Town, Jingbian County, Yulin City. It is a subsidiary of Shandong Energy Group. The power plant was established on July 15, 2015. The total planned investment of the project is approximately 5.04 billion yuan, covering an area of 860 mu. It is one of the three supporting power generation projects of the "Yuheng-Weifang 1000 kV AC UHV transmission channel," one of the 12 UHV transmission channels in the national plan for air pollution control. It mainly transmits electricity to Weifang, Shandong.
The power plant is planned to construct 2 ultra-supercritical direct current boilers with a maximum continuous evaporation capacity of 1986 t/h, equipped with 2 660MW air-cooled steam turbine generator units. It selects low heat consumption turbines and high-efficiency boilers and generators. Desulfurization and denitrification facilities are constructed simultaneously. An advanced intelligent control system is adopted, and efficient environmental protection facilities are constructed to achieve ultra-low emissions. On September 28, 2024, the first unit was successfully connected to the grid. On December 26 of the same year, Unit 1 successfully completed a 168-hour full-load trial run. After the project is completed and reaches its production capacity, the annual power generation can reach 6.6 billion kWh, which can meet the future power load growth needs of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei-Shandong load center, effectively improve the air quality in eastern China, accelerate the construction of new energy bases, and contribute to the rapid development of the northern Shaanxi economy.
