Owner Profile: Xinjiang Xinyi Energy Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in the core area of the Tianshan North Slope Economic Belt, which Xinjiang focuses on developing - the East Industrial Park of the National Economic and Technological Development Zone in Wujiaqu City, Sixth Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. Currently, it has completed an investment of 6.3 billion yuan and completed the Phase I project of the 200,000-ton/year 1,4-butanediol fine chemical project and supporting projects, which has been put into operation. The annual production capacity includes 60,000 tons of 1,4-butanediol, 500,000 tons of methanol, 192,000 tons of liquefied natural gas, 100,000 tons of methanol-to-high-clean gasoline and various by-products, as well as a 50,000 KW waste heat power generation capacity. The Xinjiang Xinyi Energy fixed negative pressure cleaning device renovation project mainly solves the unorganized dust pollution in areas such as the calcium carbide crushing area, No. 1 bridge, and calcium carbide silo; the Shanxi Ankun New Energy coking area added cleaning and dust removal device renovation project mainly solves the unorganized dust pollution in areas such as the side platform, guide rails, and ground of the SCP machine during operation. After the project is completed, it will achieve comprehensive and thorough cleaning, realizing large-scale "dust-free" recovery of dust and particulate matter in the covered area. This not only protects the health of workers but also greatly saves personnel input and transportation costs, thoroughly solving the problem of unorganized emission control of dust and particulate matter in the covered area.
