Owner Profile: The Huadian Pingjiang Phase I Project is a key energy project in Hunan Province and the first million-kilowatt thermal power generating unit of China Huadian Corporation in Hunan. The project relies on the important strategic channel for coal transportation from north to south—the Haoji Railway. The total investment is 7.43 billion yuan, with over 1.3 billion yuan invested in environmental protection. The main unit adopts an "East-Up-Up" configuration, and its main design indicators reach the advanced level of similar units. It achieves comprehensive utilization of ash, slag, and desulfurization gypsum, and realizes zero wastewater discharge throughout the plant, creating an ultra-low emission, clean, and environmentally friendly ecological power plant.
