Owner Overview: The 2×660MW project site of the DianTou Power Plant is located in BaiShi Village, DianTou Town, HuangLing County, YanAn City, Shaanxi Province, on the east side of the Phase II project site. The main construction includes: two 660MW ultra-supercritical steam turbine generator units, equipped with two ultra-supercritical pulverized coal boilers and coal conveying systems, ash silos, water supply systems, water treatment workshops, environmental protection facilities, and other auxiliary supporting facilities. After completion, the production wastewater will be treated and reused without discharge; domestic sewage will be treated through the municipal sewage pipe network; boiler flue gas will meet emission standards after dust removal, desulfurization, and denitrification; solid waste will be properly disposed of without discharge; low-noise equipment will be selected, and noise reduction, sound insulation, and equipment foundation vibration reduction measures will be adopted to ensure that the factory boundary noise meets emission standards; and the plant will be landscaped in different areas.
