Owner Profile: Baiyinhuajinshan Power Generation Co., Ltd. was registered and established in March 2006. It is a large-scale power generation enterprise jointly invested by Shenyang Jinshan Energy Co., Ltd., Liaoning Energy Investment (Group) Co., Ltd., Dandong Oriental New Energy Co., Ltd., and Liaoning Fuxin Mining (Group) Co., Ltd., and established in accordance with the modern enterprise system. On October 15, 2009, it was formally transferred to China Huadian Corporation. The company is located in Xiwuzhumuqin Banner, Xilin Gol League, Inner Mongolia, adjacent to the No. 4 open-pit coal mine of the Baiyinhuajinshan coalfield. It is planned to have a total installed capacity of 4×600MW air-cooled generating units. The first phase project, with 2×600MW air-cooled units, achieved dual-unit operation in September 2010. In recent years, the company has actively promoted energy-saving and carbon-reduction transformation and flexibility transformation, and has launched the construction of wind power projects, aiming to achieve a green and low-carbon energy transition.
