Owner Profile: Chongqing Iron and Steel was established in August 1997. Currently, it has an annual steel production capacity of 8.4 million tons. Main product production lines include: 4100mm wide and thick plate production line, 2700mm medium plate production line, 1780mm hot-rolled thin plate production line, high-speed wire rod, and bar. Products are used in machinery, construction, engineering, automobiles, motorcycles, shipbuilding, offshore oil, gas cylinders, boilers, oil and gas pipelines, and other industries. Chongqing Iron and Steel's shipbuilding steel and boiler and pressure vessel steel have won the title of "China Famous Brand Product", and four other products have won the title of "Chongqing Famous Brand". Chongqing Iron and Steel has successively won the National May 1st Labor Award, the National Advanced Enterprise in Implementing the Excellent Performance Model, Chongqing Famous Trademark, Chongqing Quality and Efficiency Enterprise, and Chongqing Enterprise with Good Contract and Creditworthiness, among other honorary titles.
