Owner Profile: The Waneng Xinjiang Gulban Tonggute Desert Base, located in Qitai County, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, is a national second batch of large-scale wind and photovoltaic power generation base projects. The construction scale is 800,000 kilowatts, covering approximately 23,000 mu (approximately 1533 hectares), with a total investment of approximately 3 billion yuan. It installs 1,683,500 570Wp monocrystalline silicon double-sided photovoltaic modules, with a supporting 25MW/100MWh energy storage system. After commissioning, the estimated average annual power generation is approximately 1.4 billion kilowatt-hours. The generated electricity will be transmitted outside Xinjiang via the "Jiquan DC" power transmission project, contributing to the development and utilization of clean energy and promoting the "Xinjiang electricity to Anhui" initiative.
