Owner Profile: Shandong Energy Lingtai Power Plant is a large-scale million-kilowatt power plant invested and constructed by Shandong Energy Group in Gansu Province. It was registered and established on May 25, 2020, with a registered capital of 1.6 billion yuan. It mainly engages in power generation business. As an important peak-regulation and supporting power project for the "Long-electricity into Lu" ultra-high voltage transmission channel, and also a supporting project for the country's first "wind-photovoltaic-thermal-storage integrated" ultra-high voltage power transmission project, its Phase I plans to construct two 1000MW high-efficiency ultra-supercritical indirect air-cooled coal-fired generating units, simultaneously constructing desulfurization, denitrification, and high-efficiency dust removal facilities, supporting the construction of ash slag fields and off-site coal transportation facilities. The total planned investment for the project is 7.88 billion yuan. The power plant adopts the domestically leading ultra-supercritical technology, with a designed power generation standard coal consumption as low as 264.812 g/kWh and a power supply standard coal consumption of 276.856 g/kWh, reaching the advanced level of the industry, and achieving "near-zero emission" of pollutants. Compared with traditional coal-fired generating units, it can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 520,000 tons annually. On June 4, 2025, its No. 1 unit successfully connected to the grid and generated electricity. After the two units are put into operation, they can annually transmit approximately 10 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity to Shandong Province, consuming approximately 4.39 million tons of coal from the Longdong Energy Base, which is of great significance to promoting the adjustment of energy structures in Shandong and Gansu provinces and ensuring power supply.
