Owner Profile: Xinjiang Bingzhun Xinhong Power Plant, officially Xinjiang Bingzhun Xinhong Energy Co., Ltd., is located in Zhundong Wucaiwan Industrial Park, Jimusar County, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The plant has a total investment of 5.1 billion yuan and constructs a 2×600,000 kW coal-fired power generation unit project. From construction to grid connection, it only took 15 months of effective construction, setting a new standard in the domestic industry. On December 10, 2024, Unit 1 successfully connected to the grid, demonstrating "Xinf speed." It has become a model and demonstration project for the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps' simultaneous construction of power plant projects, playing a significant role in promoting local energy development and economic construction.
