Project introduction

Scale: 1GW

Voltage Level: 550kV

Owner Profile: This project is located in Nanhu Township, Yizhou District, Hami City. It is a wind-solar hybrid project, covering an area of approximately 175.6 square kilometers, with a total investment of 4.696 billion RMB. It is the largest wind-solar complementary project ever built in Hami at one time. Upon completion, it will have an annual power generation of 2.37 billion kWh, saving approximately 720,000 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 1.89 million tons annually. As a national second-batch large-scale wind and photovoltaic base project focusing on desert, Gobi, and wasteland areas, it is also a major supporting project for the Tianzhong DC transmission line of "Xinjiang power transmission". After completion, the project will transmit Xinjiang's abundant renewable energy resources to Henan, effectively promoting the transformation of Xinjiang's resource advantages into economic advantages. In addition, the construction of the project plays an important role and has a far-reaching impact on the development of large-scale clean energy bases, promoting energy structure transformation, and improving ecological environment quality.
