Scale: 2×660MW
Voltage Level: 550kV
Owner Profile: The Huadian Laizhou Phase II 2×1000MW ultra-supercritical unit project is a demonstration project for Huadian Group's transformation of old and new kinetic energy, a key power energy project supported by the national blue-yellow strategy, and one of the first batch of secondary reheating unit projects in China. It includes a supporting 35,000-ton coal unloading wharf and is located in Laizhou Bay, Laizhou City, Shandong Province, on China's Jiaodong Peninsula. The project's design indicators are globally leading, aiming to build a “million-level benchmark, industry model, ensuring national excellence, and winning gold awards again”. Based on the Phase I project, Phase II comprehensively improves the design level and quality, striving to create a benchmark for million-level secondary reheating units and to achieve an ecological, intelligent, and landscape-style world-class power plant with “ultra-low energy consumption and ultra-low emissions.”
