Owner Profile: The Boxin new project is the first million-kilowatt secondary reheating unit project invested and constructed by the National Energy Group in Shandong Province. It is also a strategic project of the National Energy Group's coal-electricity-transportation integration strategy. With a total investment of approximately 8.9 billion yuan, it adopts the world's most advanced ultra-supercritical secondary reheating technology and realizes a "multi-energy supply" demonstration model integrating heating, power supply, steam, and refrigeration. This project conforms to national industrial policies and planning requirements and meets the construction and management conditions of large-scale clean coal-fired power generation projects proposed by environmental protection and air pollution control actions. The project construction is conducive to increasing the power supply capacity of the Yellow River Delta efficient ecological economic zone and the Shandong power grid, effectively improving the power structure, meeting the regional load growth demand, and effectively driving the development of related industries while directly promoting local economic development, with good economic and social benefits. Its completion will further optimize the power plant layout in Shandong Province, enhance the reliability and stability of the power grid operation, and is of great significance to promoting regional economic and social development.
