Owner Profile: The project is located in Hancun Village, Pinglu District, Shuozhou City, Shanxi Province. It is approximately 18km west of Jingping Town and 32km south of Shuozhou City. The Phase II construction scale is 2×1000MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired power generation units. It adopts internationally leading ultra-supercritical indirect air cooling and low-nitrogen combustion technology, installs high-efficiency electrostatic precipitators, and simultaneously constructs desulfurization and denitrification facilities. The project location, Pinglu District, Shuozhou City, is a coal-rich area, only 1.3 kilometers away from the Pingshuo East open-pit coal mine with an annual output of 20 million tons. The resource advantage of the pit-mouth power plant is very obvious. The dynamic investment of the project is approximately 7.18 billion yuan.
