Owner Profile: The Jiangsu Energy Ulagai Power Plant, namely the Jiangsu Energy Ulagai 2×1000MW high-efficiency ultra-supercritical coal-fired power generation unit project, is constructed and operated by Suneng (Xilin Gol) Power Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 7.26 billion yuan. It is the first major energy cooperation project between Jiangsu and Inner Mongolia provinces, and an important supporting power point for the "Xilin Gol-Taizhou" ±800KV DC ultra-high voltage transmission line. This project is the first million-kilowatt lignite power generation project in China and a world first, with many technical solutions and routes being world firsts. The equipment is completely independently researched, designed, manufactured, and tested, with a comprehensive independent rate of 100%. The power plant is scheduled to be completed and put into operation in 2025. After commissioning, the annual power generation will be approximately 10 billion kWh, the output value will be approximately 4 billion yuan, and the annual profit and tax will be approximately 1 billion yuan. This will effectively guarantee Jiangsu's energy security, promote the coordinated economic development of the Inner Mongolia region, and explore new paths for the clean and efficient utilization of high-moisture lignite in China.
