Owner Profile: This project is located in Wenchi Village, Niucun Town, Yu County, Yangquan City, Shanxi Province. It plans to build two 1000-megawatt ultra-supercritical coal-fired units with two 2952-ton/hour ultra-supercritical coal-fired circulating fluidized bed boilers. Supporting facilities include a closed coal yard, wastewater treatment, water supply and drainage, and indirect air cooling systems. The production water will use reclaimed water from Yu County's urban wastewater treatment plant. The project will adopt a dual-tower, dual-circulation limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization process, low-nitrogen combustion technology, selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitrification, and a high-efficiency electrostatic precipitator + wet electrostatic precipitator dust removal process, while also supplying heating to Yu County.
